How orders ship

I pack every order myself. Anything placed before 2pm Mountain leaves the same day; orders after that go out the next business morning. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Tracking

A tracking link arrives by email the moment your parcel is scanned, along with a short note on what’s in the box and how to start using it.

Where I ship

All fifty US states. I don’t ship internationally yet. Several of the medical-grade lines I stock restrict cross-border sales, and I’d rather not have your order sitting in customs.

Damaged or wrong items

Photograph it and email me the same week. I’ll send a replacement before the original comes back. You shouldn’t be without your routine because a courier was careless.

Returns & refunds

Thirty days, opened or not. If a product irritates your skin I want to know, because that tells me something useful about what to recommend next time.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving. No restocking fee, ever.
