How fast do orders ship?
I pack orders myself, usually the same afternoon. Anything placed before 2pm Mountain goes out that day; weekends ship Monday.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Several of the medical-grade lines I stock restrict cross-border sales, and I’d rather not have your order held at customs.
What does “medical-grade” actually mean?
A higher concentration of active ingredient, tested for stability, and sold through a licensed practice rather than a shelf. It is not a marketing word. It is a supply chain.
Can you build me a routine?
Yes, and it’s free. Send a photo and a few notes about your skin and I’ll come back with a short list, usually three products, not thirteen.
Will I look done?
Not if I’m doing my job. I dose low and review at two weeks. Adding is easy, dissolving is not.
Can I return something I’ve opened?
If a product irritates your skin, yes, within 30 days, opened or not. Skincare is personal and I’d rather fix it than keep your money.
How long do refunds take?
Within five business days of your return arriving. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and there is no restocking fee.
