Terms of service
The rules of buying from me and being treated by me. I’ve kept them short and readable. If any part seems unfair, tell me.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it’s accepted when I email your confirmation. If something is out of stock or the price was wrong, I’ll tell you before charging and you can wait, swap, or cancel.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your address. Prices change occasionally. Whatever showed when you ordered is what you pay.
Appointments & deposits
Treatments require a $50 deposit, which comes off your total on the day. Move or cancel more than 48 hours out and it’s fully refundable or transferable. Inside 48 hours I keep it, because that chair can’t be filled, the one exception being genuine illness or emergency, which I’ve never once argued about.
Consultations are free and need no deposit. Arrive more than fifteen minutes late and we may need to reschedule, since the appointment after yours belongs to someone else.
Treatment consent
Every treatment starts with a medical history and written consent covering risks, alternatives, and realistic outcomes. You can withdraw consent at any point, including mid-appointment, and you will not be charged for anything not done.
I may decline to treat you. If your goals aren’t safely achievable, if the timing is wrong, or if I think you need less rather than more, I’ll say so and refund your deposit in full.
Medical advice
Anything on this site (the journal, the quiz, the product notes) is general information, not a diagnosis. It doesn’t replace a consultation, and it certainly doesn’t replace your doctor.
The quiz recommends products based on three questions. It is a starting point, not an assessment of your skin.
Product use
Follow the instructions on the box and introduce one new product at a time, three nights apart. Patch test if you know you react. If something stings, burns, or flares, stop and message me. That’s covered by the returns policy, opened or not.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and let me know if you think someone else has it. I can close an account that’s being used fraudulently or abusively, and you can delete yours whenever you like.
Liability
I stand behind my work and my products. What I can’t take responsibility for is a reaction to a product used against its instructions, a result affected by aftercare you didn’t follow, or a courier delay outside my control. Nothing here limits your rights under Arizona or federal consumer law, or my obligations as a licensed nurse.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
